The following information describes at a high-level how the TrueCredit.com site framework is organized and how to access our constantly expanding line of products and services that are dedicated to helping you manage your credit and manage your life.
Your Products - Organization and Navigation
As a member logging in to TrueCredit.com, you will land on your own personalized welcome page, which is also the first page of the "Your Products" section of the site and the first link in the Products secondary navigation bar. There are seven additional subject links that make up the products framework to the right of this initial "welcome tab" which can be used to gain access to "third level" navigation links, tools and information that cover every aspect of your credit health. The product-focused sub-sections available for you to explore include:
Member Center - provides you a "dashboard" view of your score and credit alerts. It also acts as a navigation portal to the rest of the site.
Your Credit - Our core consumer products can be found in this portion of the site. Manage your credit alerts, credit report(s), credit score(s) and track your personal trends online.
Your Debt - The personalized debt analysis compares the difference between your monthly income versus the monthly amount you spend to maintain your debt - an important factor in determining your overall credit standing.
Your Identity- Protect your identity. We are the first bureau to provide qualified consumers with the ability to lock or unlock access to their credit history online, 24 hours a day. Your are also entitled to take advantage of our ID Theft Insurance program and access to our expert Fraud Victims Assistance department.
Your Home- Gain access to exclusive tools and reports that will help you find out how much your home or desired property is worth and what type of mortgage or loan rate you qualify for based on your current credit standing, not an estimated status.
Your Car- We provide an extra layer of purchase protection via a members-only offer for a vehicle history report.
Your Insurance- Take some of the mystery out of the insurance underwriting process by arming yourself with the same scores and analysis that is used by insurance providers to evaluate you.
Your Legal Tools- Our legal tools section links you to discounted, easy-to-use online templates that will help you create basic wills and other vital legal documents.
Your Account

Logout
The final link in our main navigation bar may seem optional, but it is a link we highly recommend utilizing. As with any secure website that provides access to private information, it is always best to formally logout of your account to ensure that your personal information remains protected.
